- Connecting with the Land: Led by Jennifer Apedaile, Registered Acupuncturist. Learn about “Finding our connection helps us to remember we are not alone.”
- Keeping Kids Happy and Healthy: Cindy Cheng is a recent graduate of the UVic Child and Youth Care program. She will share her experiences working with children and how to manage the new environment as COVID-19 restrictions are lifted.
Staying Active as the Body Ages: Astrid Loucks holds a certificate in older adult fitness, is passionate about getting people moving their bodies as they age, resulting in greater self-confidence.
- In Pursuit of Balance: Selina Pieczonka, VHC Vice-Chair, will offer her perspective on the challenges and work-arounds for managing work, volunteering, family, and personal goals.
